Guest Relations confusing and unhelpful!!! Water pressure in shower should be improved!!! TV worked intermittently and WiFi is painfully slow!!! A serious refurbishment is long overdue!!!

While the overall experience is enjoyable, the hotel is in need of significant updates. Rooms show signs of wear, such as old carpets and furniture that could use a refresh. The air conditioning lacks individual temperature control, which may not suit everyone’s preferences. Additionally, the windows are single-glazed, allowing noise from the nearby mosque to intrude early in the morning.

The lush garden provided a tranquil oasis, perfect for relaxation. The room, a Classic Twin with Nile views, was clean and comfortable, providing a nice space after long days of exploring. I appreciated the opportunity to reflect on the rich history of the building as I strolled the corridors. Every evening, I enjoyed watching the bustling life along the river from my room.

Unfortunately, the river view came with constant noise from traffic, which detracted from my overall experience.

I enjoyed my stay in a beautiful Nile view room. The staff delivered attentive service, ensuring every meal was delicious and the atmosphere warm. While some room features could use an update, the charm of the hotel combined with its very nice location made my experience special.

Great for a luxurious retreat

During our stay, we enjoyed drinks by the fine garden pool while being tended to by attentive staff, including Ahmed who organized everything for our excursions. We had dinner at the restaurant recommended by the staff, and I'll never forget that Egyptian BBQ, it was a feast!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but we considered it reasonable for the quality provided.

We had an awesome group vacation. The vibe was great as we explored the nearby temples and enjoyed the beautiful gardens. The breakfast buffet was tasty, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Don’t miss the Egyptian traditional music in the evenings—it really enhances the atmosphere!

Unfortunately, our hairdryer didn’t work, and we had to wait quite a while for a replacement. Given the room rate, you’d expect everything to be in order without delays.

Timeless elegance and stunning Nile views made my stay unforgettable. The staff's kindness exceeded all expectations, especially with the fantastic late check-out arrangement! The breakfast spread was delightful, perfect for starting each day beautifully.

Despite the charm, some areas felt outdated. The pool could use more attention, appearing slightly unkempt. Wi-Fi struggled to keep up, which was frustrating during my planning sessions.

Basking in the glamorous atmosphere, our family felt the magic of this historic hotel. The kids loved the beautiful gardens to run around in, and we enjoyed the amazing Nile views while dining on delicious French pastries at breakfast.
